can i publish an ibook for a very limited audience
Can I publish an iBook for a very limited audience? Suppose that I only want to send it to 20 people. Is that possible?

Um... yes. Just send it to the people you want to have it. Of course, nothing prevents them from giving it to others unless it's DRM protected, which would require you to sell it through the app store. I don't believe you can limit who is allowed to purchase it other than restricting it to a specific country.
