Example, I want to send a text to johnny but I want him to see a different number than mine. But when he replies, I want the message sent to my number as it would normally.

Sorry don't think that is possible to do. Of course you could contact your phone carrier and see what they say as SMS is a carrier feature.
I don't think that's possible either. Try looking at a 3rd party alternative, such as Skype. In Skype, you can pay to send SMS messages.

How to send a text as a different number but recieve replys to my normal number.
