Iphone 5s black screened

Hey guys, i bought iphone 5s yesterday, and it was my first apple device tho

And suddenly today while playing game with it, screen went grey and then black.

I heard Siri sounds when clicking home button, and then i tought that i should try restart it

Now only sound that i hear is when i connect it to a charger. Phone was charged 90% before problem

Tryed, lock and home button trick - didnt worked. Just downloaded iTunes, but it writes that i must enter

passcode before restoring phone - the only solution that can work for me as i know.

HELP PLZ what to do next?

Hi ,

From your symptom , its mean you need to restore the system first to try whether your system or your hardware got problem . Its request passcode ? Press the Sleep/Wake button and home button together around 10 seconds until the phone totally shut down . Then press power button until you see apple logo , then press home button until u see the " Connect to itunes " . This is DFU mode , kindly noticed that your old data will be lost if you do this steps .

Follow this:

Entering DFU Mode on iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

  1. Plug your device into your computer with a USB cable.
  2. Turn off the device.
  3. Hold the Power button for 3 seconds.
  4. Hold the Home and Power buttons for 10 seconds.
  5. Release the Power button but keep holding the Home button.
  6. After about 15 seconds you will be alerted by iTunes saying that it has detected a device in Recovery Mode.

iTunes will say "iTunes detects an iphone in recovery mode. it needs to be restored"

hit the restore button, and it will bring it back to stock, but erase all data

if this doesnt help, bring it back to apple
