Q: nano 2nd edition won't restore or reset. Shows error 1439. Hellllllp!!!!

I have tried to connect an ipod to my laptop and it tells me i need to restore it. When restoring it it then comes up with error 1439 and i can not get it to work properly. Any help would be greatfully appreciated!
