Q: How do you recover a movie that you deleted without having to repurchase?

I "hid" a movie on my ipad -- and didn't realize that I deleted it. How do I recover it without repurchasing it?

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 7.1

If you live in a country where free movie downloads are allowed, just download it again. Use the same Apple ID.
