Nov 5, 2014 11:54 PM in response to NiagaraTimby Lalexfrank,If it's an extension installed in your browser then the antivirus software won't pick it up and remove it. You'll need to manually go in and remove it within the browser. The fix for Google Chrome is simple, and should be similar for whichever browser you're using.
- Click Chrome on the menu
- click preferences
- click Extensions
- scroll down till you see Macshop, or anyother extension you didn't install and delete it
