I'm trying to clear the offline reading list cache. I click delete and it goes to 0MB but when it returns to the usage page, no free space has been created and when I click Safari again the cache shows the previous amount.
Any troubleshooting suggestions?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
Your Reading List is stored on iCloud with your bookmarks. Once you remove them and no longer want them to sync via iCloud to your device, make sure you turn off Safari syncing under Settings > iCloud. Please use the following article as a reference as well.

I would like to still have my bookmarks and reading lists sync between my iPad and iPhone. Is there a way to clear the offline reading list only?
