Q: Wi-fi does not work sometimes. Please help
I, as many other Mac users, have a problem with the wi-fi connection. I bought a new Macbook Pro 15inch retina display in December 2013. After roughly two weeks, the internet went down and it would be down for roughly two days or until I shut it down and turned it back on. During these two days, the loading bar would load about an inch and then just stop. When you enter network diagnostics and go through the process, all the lights are green and it starts to work again....but only for a few seconds and then stops again. Its constantly on and off which is very frustrating. This problem is still happening today and I have tried all sorts of "solutions" i've found on the internet but none have worked. I have no idea what else to try.
Now I know this is a very common problem with the Mac's and there doesn't seem to be a solution. My question is....
As the Macbook is this within the 1 year Apple guarantee, am I eligible for a replacement and hope the one I get does not have the same issue? Surely, all new Macbook Pro's dont have this problem.
Does anyone know if this will be possible? If not, what will Apple most likely say if I visit one of their stores?
Any kind of advice would be much appreciated.
Matt
