I've had this phone for 10 months. Everything was fine until now. I've reset my location, turned automatic time on & off, reset the time manually, reset my settings. Nothing works. The date is correct, but whenever I leave the phone or turn it off, the time becomes random. My carrier is T-Mobile; my software is up-to-date. What do I do?

Have you tried a reboot by holding both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears, ignoring the red slider if that appears.
Yes, I've done that (several times), and I erased all settings and re-set up the phone as if it were a new phone and downloaded my backups from iCloud, etc. It's now 3:52 pm and the iPhone is reading 2:37 which it likes to revert to. I think I'm going to have to turn it in and get a new one.
Mine done exactly the same thing, i've tried everything. My provider has told me that you cannot get a replacement and to plug your phone into itunes as they are meant to be releasing a new update soon.
Did you make sure that your time zone is set to where you live.
On my iPhone 5c i restore the time. I press the sleep/lock button and after a few minutes when i press the home button shows the same time i have set it up a few minutes ago. When i fix it and while i am using without entering on sleep/lock mode time works perfect.

I am facing same problem with iPhone 5c in uae last week it start , all type of reset done , phone loose the time when it connect to internet , rest working perfect no problem, Apply support helping for last one week , all troubleshooting hard reset , loose all data number, configure with new apply id , still problem remains same, while iPhone 5 , mac pro computer, and other devices same location with same carrier working perfect,
I suspect problem happen when i updated recent bug which apply mentioned for iTunes, while it hit me . or may be some time of virus
Help guys and post some time if some thing to do or leave that and purchase another smart phone, really frustrating
SSame problem. Restoring the system doesn't help. Of course I did all the updates. There are so many time sensitive apps that are useless right now for me. I am new here. Have seen anyone an Apple employee here giving a crap about our problems?
