Q: I can't set up my hotmail in my iphone and ipad. I follow the promts given in the Settings and it says that the use name or password for imap-mail.outlook.com is incorrect. I have tried for several times. The info I enter IS CORRECT! Please, help

Hi! I hope someone can help me. Until one day ago I used to have my Hotmail in my Ipad and my Iphone. Suddenly I wasn't able to check my e-mail in any of those devices. It says that the name or password was incorrect. I tried some suggestions from the Apple and Hotmail websites and tried to troubleshooting the mail but it did not work, so finally I deleted the account in both devices. When trying to set them back up it still says "The name or password is incorrect for imap-mail.outlook.com" I did it a few more times making sure the information was correct! I am able to see my e-mail in my PC though. I have an Iphone 4S with an iOS7.1.2 and an Ipad with an iOS7.1.2. Thanks so much! I appreciate your support!
