Aug 17, 2014 4:56 PM in response to ChrisJ4203by pamapple99,I Tried steps 1,2,3 and it suddenly started working . Then I turned phone off and 1 hour later same dumb problem. This time steps 1-4 don't work so I will need to find tiny key to get it out. It seems I will need a new card.
