Q: My iPod nano 7th generation will not turn on or charge.

Can someone please help me. My ipod has shutoff. It will not turn on what so ever. I have tried methods from other posts such as resetting it but still nothing. Is this a sign of a dead battery?

yah this didn't help me. I tried that plenty of times. Again I just want to know whether it is a battery issue.
