How do I share an imported CD with my phone?

I burned my French class CD to iTunes. It imported fine but it will not share with any other device. The little cloud icon next to the album and all the songs is gray. I have no idea why this particular CD is not sharing. Every other CD I have imported has not had a problem. Does anyone know what I did wrong or how to put the album on the cloud to make it shareable?

I apologize, I'm a bit unclear on the exact issue you are describing. If you are using iTunes Match ("the cloud" in this case) and are having issues uploading tracks that you imported from CD (seeing a grey cloud icon), it could be one of several things.
