Youtube app doesnt work. After deleting it app store wont let download it again as well as chrome also after logging out from my account at the app store it wont let me log in again what should i do? I have an ipad mini ios7.1.2 and sorry for the english

If the apps are not available in your country, then you cannot download them again. Are they available in your country's App Store?
Yes they are but as i said now it wont let me log in again

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

What happens when you try to log into the app store? Did you try restarting your iPad and then sign in again?
