How to sync songs from Garage band to I tunes Library (not File Share) or to Capture

I'm trying to import a song from Garage band to my iTunes Library to use for YouTube Capture and I'm not being successful. Any Help?

iPad, iOS 7.1.1

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

You don't mention what happens or why you are not being successful. You can save the file then import to iTunes. The first article explains how to Add to Library, Import, and Convert in iTunes. You can also share from inside Garageband.
