What is the best way to setup 2 HD TVs to my Mac Mini in order to use them as an extended monitor?
Example: Logic Pro- Main Window opened on one monitor and Mixer Window opened on second monitor.

Thanks! I also need to know how to actually setup my second display, though. I have one TV hooked up to the HDMI port. I don't know how to get the second TV into the mix. Can I do it without AirPlay or Apple TV?
You need an appropriate adapter that plugs into your Mini's Thunderbolt port. That port is compatible with mini displayport to XX video adopters.
