is icloud-qq.com a vaild iCloud email address?

My previous iPhone was stolen last month, last weekend the thief made 3 faked iCloud email and tried to ninja my Apple ID's password. I wrote my ID and password in the web (which is almost the same as Apple iCloud homepage https://www.icloud.com) But I realised that after 1 min then changed my password immediately. Later the thief kept sending me the same emails, that I think he failed to hack my ID.

Last night and today's noob I've received mail noticed me that my iPhone has been successfully located and it looks pretty similar to Apple's mail, and my full name, serial number are displayed on these mail. Now I'm really confused with these two email.

I tried to open these link but I got the value of Pi

I want to know that whether they are vail iCould mail or not, if they are not, how do they know my Full name and the device's serial number? Have my privacy been hacked????

Two emails are from mail6@icloud-ww.com and mail1@icloud-qq.com

Remove the SIM tray. The serial number and IMEI will be printed on the SIM tray as shown below.

When an iPhone 4s is activated on a CDMA carrier, the SIM tray displays both the MEID and the IMEI number as 15 digits. The MEID number uses the first 14 digits, disregarding the last digit, and the IMEI number uses all 15 digits.
