Air book pro does not display apple tv
Apple tv was playing internet you tube video suddenly stopped... now does not display apple tv box on screen.

After reviewing your post, it sounds like the airplay icon is missing. Is it missing from inside iTunes or OS X? The first article is for if your Mac and Apple TV are on the same network, but no AirPlay Mirroring menu appears. The second is for if it isn't in iTunes. The third article is if it is a network connection issue causing this problem. All of these can cause a frustrating situation for sure.
