Itunes store error

After updating iTunes, now not able to log into iTunes store. I can still access my library, just no longer able to access the ITunes store. Error -3212??????

Worked fine before update, have removed and re-installed iTunes several times and removed all Windows updates right up until this error. Not sure what other options I have except not to use the ITunes store as I can't access it anymore????????????
