if it does not show up in my computer then it's perfectly natural that the hotkey would not work as it would indicate that the computer does not know there is an optical drive at all

make sure you have the latests bootcamp apple drivers installed

Apple - Support - Downloads

and maybe test the optical drive if it works in osx because if it's also an issue there then it's a hardware issue

On your Bootcamp drivers there should be a driver named AppleODDInstaller64.exe which is the Optical Disk Drive installer. You can copy this to the a USB and install it on the Windows side for it to recognize the Optical disk and the eject button should work. You are also going to need AppleKeyboardInstaller64.exe for the keyboard to be recognized.

There is also a mechanism to eject the disk using OSX terminal and using diskutil eject on the OSX side. See man diskutil for the OSX side.

eject device

Eject a disk. Media will become offline for the purposes of being a data store for file systems or being a member of constructs such

as software RAID or direct data. Additionally, removable media will become eligible for safe manual removal; automatically-removable

media will begin its physical (motorized) eject sequence.

OOn the apple side the disk ejecta perfectly . I reinstalled the bootcamp drivers and confirmed they were installed correctly . Made sure that previous files you mentioned (keyboard 64,ODD files)thumb drive were installed individually.than ran bootcamp repair as well for all the drives .the drivers were all upto date .after following all instructions it still won't acknowledge the disk drive. From my computer on windows side it doesn't show up. My friend is also a mac genius and we worked through this together and couldn't resolve the issues . I thank you Loner T for your suggestion and if you have any other thoughts on this I'm open to it .

OR if anyone else has occurred this problem and have found a solution for it please respond to this thread ... Thx

1. If you can borrow an Apple External superdrive as a test, can you connect it to the iMac when Windows is running, and test the eject the key.

2. Does this issue occur when you switch keyboards?

3. If you use the Microsoft keyboard on the Wndows side, which also has some built-in keys (find one with eject), does the eject key work?

4. Windows has an on-screen keyboard. Bring it up. Press the Eject key. What does the on-screen keyboard show? The on-screen keyboard is located under Control Panel -> Ease of Access.
