Pairing iPhone to PC

Hello all,

Can I pair my iPhone to my PC (running Win 8.1) via Bluetooth?

I tried to pair my PC with my iPhone, I turned on Bluetooth on both devices, discovered iPhone from PC, and started pairing, and when it finished; in the iPhone, the PC appeared, when tapping it a message that says: "This device is not supported", Is the problem here with my devices? or the iPhone can't be paired to PCs that run windows?
