Q: My ipad is not cellular enabled. In case there is no wifi connection is there any other way of connecting to the internet?

My ipad does not have cellular facility. In this case when there is no wifi connection is there any other way of connecting to the internet?

If you have an iPhone then you can use that as a personal hotspot (if your carrier supports it), or you might be able to get a mifi device (they take sim cards) and use that as a mobile hotspot.
