Q: there's no (None) on the Payment Information

Hello.. I can't Find (none) on the Payment Information when i already sign up on Apple ID. There are 3 choice to choose such as Visa, master card and Amex and there's no none there..So anyone can help me how can i solve this problem...Thanks
