icloud hijacked under my own roof!

is it possible for an Apple rep to determine where a note came from that was placed in an icloud? can they determine exactly where and what time and if the same device dropped several notes in within minutes of eachother? better yet, can they tell if all the notes came from the same device?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1.2

That's not very encouraging. maybe more info might help: my spouse and I don't share iclouds. we have children. I have a cloud with two children and she has a cloud with two children. notes randomly showed up on her phone through her icloud that say some pretty bad things about me (her spouse). I believe I know who did it and how it was done but proving that is difficult. the notes are only on any device tied to her cloud. they didn't come from any other source, email, text, picture stream (I don't know any other way they would get there). however, the notes were dropped over a 2 1/2 minute period. I believe from a single device in our home tied to her icloud. hope that make sense.
