The window shaking indicates that your administrator password is being entered incorrectly.  Your login password is the same as your keychain password by default, but if you have a different keychain password, you can just reset the keychain by following the article below.

If you do not know your login password, you will need to reset it, and then reset your keychain.  Follow the steps in the user tip linked to below to reset your login password.
