I did click on the receipt and receive and acknowledgement from Apple however they tried to call me and I missed the call so they emailed me to say contact them if I still have a problem. A link is provided in the email however I press the link and not much happens! so I tried to open a new problem but didn't get anywhere with that either. Any ideas?
