Q: Unable to load data from sync services ipod 4th gen windows 8

To whom it concerns

Lately i've been getting messages like 'cannot load data from Sync Services'. I have an ipod touch 4th gen 16gb on windows 8.1 . Itunes version 11.3.1.2 which is the latest version. I've only had this problem today and not before.

I have already tried system restore, restoring my ipod, uninstalling and reinstalling Itunes, command prompt, and everything else that has been suggested in forums yet nothing is working.

Any suggestions on what to do here?

as mentioned in my original post I've already done what's suggested in the forums, that is one of them. The problem still persists. Any other ideas?
