None of this works, iCloud is down for me right now, and it is becoming annoying the frequency of issues I am experiencing.

Well, I have the same issue, so I know that this is not a solution, but you can use different browser(Opera works for me).

How ironic - I'm using a Google product (Chrome) to access Apple services. What a disgrace!
