I use an iPad2 with IOS 7.1, i need to erase photos which i synthed from my hard drive. i have more than 20000 pictures from there i need to erase some in order to keep some free space with my iPad 2. it would be helpful if i'm answered and guided.

Photos that are synced from a computer are deleted in the same way as you synced them, they can't be deleted directly in the iPad's Photos app i.e. reconnect your iPad to your computer and select it in your computer's iTunes (if the left-hand sidebar, control-S on a PC, is enabled on your computer's iTunes then select the iPad on that), and then use its Photos tab (on the right-hand side of the iTunes screen if you have the sidebar enabled) to de-select the folders/albums that you no longer want on your iPad and sync/apply that new selection.
I tried for 1 day long, the pictures are not showing as with album view, but in date/year view all the pictures are still showing with respective dates.

The Photos and Album tabs in the Photos app are just different ways of looking at the same photos, so your photos should either show in both tabs or neither.
Try closing the Photos app via the iPad's multitasking bar and then do a soft-reset and see if they still show when you re-open the app. To close the Photos app : double-click the home button to open the iPad's taskbar, and then swipe or drag the Photos app's screen from there up and off the top of the screen to close it, and click the home button to close the taskbar.
To a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
