Hypothetical question; lets say that you rent out your computer for a production company, only to find out that they have installed a cracked version of an app that now also exist in your App store purchases, how do you remove it? I deleted the app, but it´s still listed under my purchases.

If the app appears in your Purchases List when you are signed into the Mac App Store with your Apple ID, then it isn't a cracked app. Delete the cracked app and download the legitimate version from your list.
You erase the internal drive and restore from the backup you made before it left your possession.
