itunes download wont start

I am trying to download iTunes onto my laptop from the apple site and it wont start downloading ?????????????????/

I found a different site for Windows iTunes download. Try the iTunes download from this Apple link iTunes 11.3.1 for Windows (64-bit) DL1615
