I searched and couldn't find any info.

OSX 10.5.8

Model Name: Xserve

Model Identifier: Xserve3,1

Boot ROM Version: XS31.0081.B06

SMC Version (system): 1.43f4

LOM Revision: 1.1.8


This is an Xserve which I don't manage, yet was doing hardware inventory and I found these errors yesterday:

I replaced the drive and the RAID rebuilt, yet now I still get:

Wednesday, August 20, 2014 10:41:19 PM CT Volume RS1:R1V3 unrecoverable media error - One or more bad blocks created in LBA range 0xc7af000 to 0xc7af001 informational

I'm currently using the RAID Utility to Verify RAID Set.

Should I be doing anything else?
