Q: Volume RS1:R1V3 unrecoverable media error - One or more bad blocks created in LBA range
I searched and couldn't find any info.

LOM Revision: 1.1.8
This is an Xserve which I don't manage, yet was doing hardware inventory and I found these errors yesterday:

I replaced the drive and the RAID rebuilt, yet now I still get:

I'm currently using the RAID Utility to Verify RAID Set.
Should I be doing anything else?
