Whilst backing up my 5S it read, The purchased item ARC on the iPhone could not be transferred as I am not authorized for it on this computer.

Does anyone know what this ARC is and, if possible what it came with/from

is iTunes on the computer and iPhone login'd with the same appleID ?

if your computer have another appleID then it can't transfer apps bought with another appleID
