Seagate External Drive compadible?

Does anyone know if the seagate 500gb is compadible with the macbook using the one touch back up feature?

Mac OS X (10.4.7)

There website says that the backup software is Mac compatible. OS X 10.1 and higher is required.

If you end up not liking the backup software that comes with the drive, you might want to check out an application called SuperDuper.

I especially like how it can duplicate your internal drive to your external drive and then reboot your MacBook off of the external one. That saved my butt more than once when I was playing around with Boot Camp and Vista!!
