Hi, I backed up my Iphgone 5 on my PC successfully. I then plugged in my new Iphone 5s and wanted to restore the backup on it. I was told I need a password to enable that. I was not asked for a password in the first place. I am able to sync the new iphone5s but unable to restore all the settings I had on the previous iphone 5. Can anyone help?
