iPad Mini and Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Mini

Hello,

I purchased the Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Mini just today to use with my iPad mini. However despite following the keyboard's setup guide exactly, I have found that the keyboard will not connect to my iPad mini at all. I have checked that both devices are fully charged and that my iPad mini is running the latest software version. I turned both devices on, checked that my iPad mini's Bluetooth feature was on, and waited for the iPad mini to pick up the keyboard on 'Devices'... and kept on waiting for about twenty minutes. When I realised it just wasn't going to connect I tried turning both devices off and on again and resetting the Bluetooth feature; again there was no luck.

Has anyone got any tips for me? Am I doing everything correctly? Could it possibly be a problem with my iPad mini itself? Or should I just return the keyboard as a potentially fault product?

Many thanks.
