Dis you go to Settings>iTunes and App Store and sign out and sign in with the new one?
DId you create a new ID?
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.

Aug 21, 2014 3:55 PM in response to lllaassby liljlo83,Yes, I did change the apple ID, but i changed it online not on my Ipod itself, so when I log on online its working but everything on my Ipod still shows the prior apple ID and is asking for the password, which I used the same password for both Id's and it says that the Id or password are incorrect. Everything i try to log into that asks for the apple ID I started with. I saw that I can reset to factory settings on itunes plugged into the computer which i am doing, but it says first i have to turn off "find my ipod" which i can't turn off since the password isnt matching up.

Aug 21, 2014 3:57 PM in response to liljlo83by lllaass,Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

Aug 21, 2014 4:32 PM in response to lllaassby liljlo83,it restored but it saying there is an apple ID already associated and its not either of the ones i had before. I just bought this new at Best Buy. I am trying the DFU. If it says the same thing again what do i do?
