I have a circle/arrow with a lock in the middle on the upper right corner of my iPad. What is it

I read a similar question from someone else the the response said to swipe up and turn the button off. What button? When I swipe up all I have is the volume, brightness, airplane mode, mute, sound, wifi and bluetooth buttons. None of them turn it off.

It is orientation lock.

Landscape or portrait mode.


Settings > General > Lock Rotation > using Mute switch or here in settings.
