i cant find the app store on my i Phone

Have you looked in folders? Or looked in a different page? Maybe you missed it?

Touch on your iPhone home screen and slide down then you will get a search bar on top. Type "App Store" in it then you will find it in the suggestions below, click on it will navigate to "App Store" page where you can browse for Apps and install.

Firdt try the steps PVJFU kindly provided but if you still can't find it then try a spotlight search: iOS: Understanding Spotlight Search

Again if you can't find it then:

- Go to Settings>General>Restrictions

- Turn Installing Apps ON
