Hi Arda,

Numbers does not have a diagonal cell divider. Use a Line shape to cheat.

Numbers 3.2.2

I have not merged cells (and Numbers 3 does not allow splitting of cells).

Cells A1 and A2 have Automatic format.

Format Cell A1 to Left alignment (Format Panel > Text > Alignment)

Leave Cell A2 with the default Right Alignment.

Adjust the Row Height and Column Width by dragging, or Format Panel > Table > Row and Column Size (drag the Format Panel up to see these options).

Remove the Cell Border between A1 and A2.

Insert a Line Shape and drag it to the position and angle that suits.

If you move the table or resize Cells A1 and A2, the line will not follow.

A1 and A2 will continue to work as spreadsheet cells. Only the appearance has changed.

Regards,

Ian.
