All SAFE applications are in the app store. Apps from other sources require installing a profile that can bypass iOS built in security features. As Apple has a very low bar for "admission" to the app store ($99 + the app must adhere to Apple's security and usability rules; it doesn't even have to work as long as it passes an audit) and has over 1.5 million apps, any app from a source other than the app store is by definition unsafe to use if your security and privacy matter.
Why don't search the app store and find out?
I did genius, there's nothing there. That's why I'm asking if anyone knows of any such app out there.
Well if you didn't find it by searching the app store, one should be lead to realize that no app of that kind exists.
