The OP wants it the other way, where the Mac is the source of Wi-Fi. The Mac is already connected via Ethernet but (I presume) there's no Wi-Fi available, other than what the Mac is sharing.

This is the scenario for my problem,
----------ethernet--------------------|macbook pro|-----wifi----- X ----------|iphone 4s|
The problem is my iphone is not connecting to internet through wifi from Macbook pro, which is connected to internet through ethernet.
Iphone is able to connect to internet through other wifi networks but not to the one from my mac.
Kindly help !
I checked other posts and could not find the solution.
