Q: I contacted a website called I yogi apple support. Are they legit?

I needed help with syncing my phone to my PC. I googled Apple support and iyogi Apple support was the 1st website that popped up. I contacted them, they got in my computer but couldn't fix it until I gave them my credit card. I ended the session, turned my computer off. Do I need to worry about the security of my computer? Has anyone heard of them?

To be on the safe siide, change your Apple ID password > Apple ID: Changing your password

And change the admin password on your PC.

Better to only use Apple support for your iPhone.

If the iTunes does not recongize your iPhone > iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows
