Hi Hermant0010
We have seen this behaviour too and we are trying to track down what causes it to occur. (I manage a number of idevices for use with persons with tetraplegia - hence my keen interest in switch control)
What switch devices are you using? I see you have two switches attached?
Also you are using an iphone with iOS7. We have upgraded to 8.
I am not sure how we get this case out of the iPod section - maybe start a new one in an iOS stream?
Andrew
Hi Hermant0010
I have worked this out. It was resolved by turning off Assistive Touch. You cannot have Assistive Touch turned on while using switch control. Seems to make sense as all the functions in assistive touch are available in the switch control menus.
Hope this works for you.
Andrew
Do you have a switch connected? You have to do that first
