It's easy on my iMac. How can I use Google search on my iPad utilizing a date range i.e. week, month, year, custom, etc ?

It would appear then that Google has removed the Date Range option from the version they deliver for iOS devices, and likely other mobile devices as well.
If you absolutely need the custom date range, you will need to search from a desktop computer.
On the Google search results page touch "Search Tools" and then touch "Any Time". Choose from the date ranges offered or select a custom range.
Please dumb it down for me.
I click the blue Google icon with the white "g".
On the upper left there is a gear. On the upper left there are two other symbols.
In the upper mid-page there is Google and beneath that a search bar.
Nothing says "search bar".
If I touch the blank search bar it shows past searches.
If I type something in the search bar I receive the typical google response.
Nothing says "search tools", although at the bottom I see web, news, images, etc.
How do I access "search tools" on my iPad?
Unfortunately the Google App does not appear to offer any advanced search options like the general website.
However, I believe Jim was referring to Google's Website when you search form within Safari.
Open the Safari App:
Type your search in the general address bar at the top.
Then in the results Page, you can select Search Tools, and from there the Date Range option like normal.
Thank you all. I have spent hours on this. I did read that Google custom date would not work on the iPhone and I was searching for something that does not exist on the Google app for the iPad.
You're welcome. Helping on this forum i learn something new every day. Until i read JimHdk and Phil0124 answers I didn't know either.
