I am trying to change to a new password but first I must type exactly the password the site has given me. and one of the keyboard characters I do not recognize. It looks like a little crown. Can you tell me where I will find it on the keyboard?
Open the Language & Text pane of System Preferences, choose to show the Keyboard & Character Viewer and the input menu, open the Keyboard Viewer, and press Shift and/or Option. One of the keys should then show that character; which one depends on the keyboard layout.
