ipod shuffle didnt recognized in computer and itunes. wont start

i was charging my ipod to my laptop. it charged. but suddenly stop and i cant see it in itunes as well as in my drive.

After reviewing your post, it sounds like the iPod is not on the computer or in iTunes. Follow this article since your iPod does not appear in iTunes when you connect it to your Mac or PC
