Q: Sample rate
I'm burning videos of old vcr tapes transferred to DV cassettes and imputing these to FCE through my Canon HV20. All have worked except one. When I try to capture, it says......
"the audio rate of one or more of your captured media files does not match the sample rate on your source tape............Make sure the
audio sample rate of your capture preset matches the sample rate of your tape"
I've used the same settings on all the tapes under easy setup-----all formats, all rates, DV-NTSC---but this one tape locks up every time. Can you help?

DV tape can have 12 bit or 16 bit audio rates, these bit rates equate to 32 or 48kHz respectively on the FCE capture presets.
I'm tipping one of the tares (or a section ) is recorded at 12/32kHz.
My suggestion is to find the culprit then change the audio to match.
