I need to configure a VPN access through Terminal, but in my Mac I don't have Terminal (I saw in Application/Utilities and try to find in the Spotlight).

If you have a backup which contains it, restore it from the backup. If not, back up your data(as a precaution), restart the computer with the Command and R keys held down, and reinstall the OS.

It should be in the Utilities folder.
