My Mac doesn't have Terminal. Is it possible? How can I solve it?

I need to configure a VPN access through Terminal, but in my Mac I don't have Terminal (I saw in Application/Utilities and try to find in the Spotlight).

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.4)
